| Brief overview of the following services offered by the Spanish Stud Book: P.R.E. Inscription The process of applying for initial inclusion of an eligible foal/horse into the P.R.E. Birth Registry of the Spanish Stud Book. P.R.E. Revision The process of Inspection and valorization of eligible horses enabling successful candidates to be recatagorized and listed in the P.R.E. Book of Reproducers. Transfer of Ownership The recording of a change of ownership to an person registered in the Spanish Stud Book as either an Breeder (producer) or Owner (pleasure/sport competition) Coat Color Analysis A labratory determination of certain known genetic markers which constitute some of the dominante and resessive traits that are responsible for coat color in the horse tested. |

| The Spanish Stud Book offers P.R.E. registration, as well as other related services, to qualified Pura Raza Espanola horses in a great number of different countries throughout the world. The most common services P.R.E. Breeders apply for (but are not limited to) are Inscription, Revision, Transfer of Ownership and Coat Color Analysis. The service applications are submitted to LG ANCCE who are the administrators for the Spanish Stud Book affairs. Planning for 2011 Canadian Revision Tour The following instructions have been provided by LG ANCCE Miami office: Please be reminded that in order to receive P.R.E. Stud Book Revision services it is necessary to complete the following: 1. International Application for Service need to be sent to the LG office in Miami Please type your contact information and exact location for yur ranch clearly. At the B section of this form, also type your horse's Name and Codigo. Sign this form at the bottom. 2. Pay (by credit card - Visa or Mastercard) for the service number 206 (135 euros) no later than September 23rd of 2011 Guidelines for online payment through our webpage: www.lgancce.com (allow pop ups and disable antivirus to make this online payment). (After the above closing payment date and depending on the number of Revisions requested, the LG Miami office will communicate the final dates, itinerary and ranch locations where these Revisions will take place.) Additionally, the following criteria must be satisfied: a. The horses to be Revised must be under the applicant's name that is requesting this Revision service. b. The origional horse documentation (Passport or Carta) must be presented at the Revision site. c. The minimum age for a horse to be Revised is three (3) natural years, therefore if your horse became three (3) years old during 2011 it can be Revised. There is no maximum age limit. NO Revision services will be provided to horses which do not fullfill all of the above requirements. Please note that if at any one location the requisite minimum of 15 horses has not been reached, the participant breeders will be required to pay for the total LG Veterinarian's travel expenses from the previous domestic Revision location. (LG cannot guarantee that this location will be included as a Revision site in the final scheduale for this upcoming Revision Tour. In cases where at least 15 horses to be Revised are in fact assembled, LG-ANCCE will cover all the veterinarian's travel expenses to that location. In the event that a Breeder has paid for a Revision service but cannot present his horse/s for this upcoming Revision, the payment will be credited to the Breeder and applied to the next Revision tour organized by LG-ANCCE in 2011.
